By you visiting this Website as a user who is seeking employment opportunities, or to refer others for job opportunities "Individual" "you" or "your" from a company that is interested in hiring Individuals "Employer", and whether or not you become a registered user of the Website or not, you accept these Terms and you agree to comply with the Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, then you must immediately stop using the Website.
We reserve the right to change the Terms by posting the new version to this page and, where appropriate by notifying you of such change via email. Once you have created an Account you will be able to use the job search functionality and apply for job opportunities.
Seikor has the right to suspend or terminate your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website at any time and for any reason.
As an Individual, you have an opportunity to use the Website to search for jobs and to apply for job opportunities. The Website is currently free for Individuals, you simply need to sign up and create an Account.
When you register for an Account you will have the option to submit job applications.
We cannot confirm the accuracy or completeness of any job recommendation or other information collected by Seikor, submitted by any Employer or other user. Seikor assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any job recommendations, Employer information, salary statistics, blog posts, screening - questions and responses, and assessments information which may be available on the Website.
Based on the information provided in applications by individuals, or other information gathered by Seikor, for example prior application performance or publicly available information such as social media profiles, Seikor may select preferential applications to highlight to Employers, or may provide only a selection of applications to the Employer for consideration. By using our Website or service you agree to your application being treated in such fashion. Seikor is committed to fair and objective assessment of applications, supporting diversity in applicants, and processing all applications in accordance with applicable anti-discrimination laws.
You understand and agree that Seikor is neither liable, nor offers any guarantee nor warranties that there will be a satisfactory outcome or any outcome at all in the nature of an application, invitation to interview or job offer by reason of using our Website or services.
As an individual, you have the opportunity to share specific jobs with people you know and make a recommendation on why you believe they are a good candidate. This information will be taken into account by Seikor, and may be shared with the Employer, should such Individuals make an application. By sharing a job you agree to such use of any information provided by you and to being contacted by Seikor or the Employer for such purpose. Any such information will not be made publicly available and will be treated in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.
By providing to Seikor the email address or phone number of an Individual to whom you wish to share a job you confirm you have their permission to do so and their agreement that Seikor may contact them about any such job, by electronic, or other means.
In the instance an Individual to whom you have shared a job is successful in their application and joins the Employer as per the terms of the job offer, your Account with Seikor will be credited with the referral bonus amount applicable to that job once the - Individual has satisfied a minimum period of employment. This term differs for each job, but is ordinarily between 30 and 90 days.
In order for the referral bonus amount to be credited to your account the successful applicant must have followed the unique link generated when you shared the job via the Website and have created an Account and made an application after following this link. All bonus amounts are credited at Seikor's sole discretion and no bonus will be credited for any job shared other than using the aforementioned process.
You understand bonus credits allocated to your Account are non-transferable to any other party and they have no monetary value. However, at the sole discretion of Seikor, they may be redeemable for cash, or Seikor services.
Seikor reserves the right to discontinue this reward program anytime and stop recognizing any credits and cash Individuals may have already accumulated in their Seikor account at its own sole discretion.
When you view, send, store or receive information (including resumes and messages) through or using the Website, Seikor may, for example, use such information for its internal business purposes including but not limited to data analysis, quality control, or to refine the Website or any other product or service (including to provide better search results and other listings for Individuals), whether via automated means or otherwise.
You may receive messages, emails or email notifications corresponding with your activity on or use of the Website. In all cases, such messages or notifications are provided solely as a courtesy. Seikor disclaims all warranties with regards to the transmission or storage of such courtesy notices, does not guarantee their delivery or receipt, and does not guarantee the date or time at which they may be sent.
