Your Superpowers: This role is a combination of individual contributor as well as team leader role. The role requires you to own your and your team's sales target. It is a hunting role, where you are focussed on acquiring new logos. You sell to CFOs of mid size and large companies. Across industries. Pan India. Across our suite of spend management SAAS solutions. Ability to collaborate across product and marketing teams is essential. Experience selling SAAS solutions for business processes is a MUST. The job requires strategising for target segments, sales pitch, differentiating, lead gen and closures. It requires day to day planning and impeccable execution. Excellent Communication & Rapport skills, amicable and pleasing Skill to frame questions & gather information from the client Executive Presence to deal with senior people Listening skills with good Notes taking Effective Negotiation skills Go getter who is high on confidence Aggressive follow up ability Enthusiastic, High Energy & Optimistic Skills for Planning & Strategizing on Funnel, on managing time & case specific Strategizing Experience in selling B2B financial tools to CFOs or SAAS ERPs is an advantage
