Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients over the phone in a professional and confident manner. Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to generate interest and schedule appointments Understand and explain client offerings to prospects clearly and persuasively. Maintain accurate records of communications in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Collaborate with team members and reporting managers for campaign improvements. Key Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English. A positive, go-getter attitude with a passion for learning and achieving targets. Strong interpersonal skills and a confident telephone presence. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
