Responsibilities

• Lead tech due diligence in buy/sell-side engagements.
• Identify technology risks and integration complexities.
• Develop deliverables like architecture assessments and roadmaps.
• Manage post-merger IT integrations and carve-outs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client C-level executives.
