The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable MNP solutions, ensuring seamless number portability processes for telecom operators. This role requires in-depth knowledge of telecom networks, number portability solutions, and integration with multiple stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and network service providers. Key Responsibilities: • Design and architect end-to-end Mobile Network Portability (MNP) solutions for telecom operators. • Lead the technical design and integration of MNP systems with existing telecom infrastructures, including OSS/BSS, Core Network, and external regulatory interfaces. • Define and document MNP solution architecture, data flows, and integration points to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, network engineers, and business analysts, to develop and implement MNP solutions. • Ensure seamless data migration and number portability processes, minimizing downtime and service disruptions. • Assess and recommend best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance MNP solution efficiency and reliability. • Provide technical guidance, support, and troubleshooting during the implementation and post-deployment phases. • Work closely with regulatory bodies and industry consortia to stay updated on evolving MNP regulations and compliance requirements. • Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning for MNP deployments. • Ensure security and privacy compliance in all MNP-related data exchanges. Required Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture within the telecom domain, specifically in Mobile Network Portability (MNP). • Strong understanding of telecom network architecture, including Core Network, Signaling Systems (SS7, SIP, Diameter), and Number Portability Gateway (NPGW). • Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS systems, APIs, and system integrations. • In-depth knowledge of MNP regulations, industry standards, and protocols across different geographies. • Expertise in software development, middleware, and databases used in MNP solutions. • Proficiency in cloud computing, microservices architecture, and containerization is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Experience in working with telecom operators, regulators, and third-party service providers.
