
What You will do Everyday? responsibilities • Work closely with Lead – Digital Marketing to manage Digital Media Planning, Media Buying and end to end campaign execution across B2B, B2C, Retail, MSME and affluent business portfolios. • Campaign execution and optimization across Digital and Social Media Channels – PPC, Display, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter Ads and Programmatic, UAC & Mobile Application Marketing. • Own the optimization and continuous improvement of performance media channels to drive customer acquisition, Digital Sales, Up-sell and cross- sell. • Work closely with cross-functional teams and agency for implementation and understanding the requirement. • Maintain Social media/Digital official accounts for Blue Dart and share innovative ideas. • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Lead – Digital Marketing. • Total Monthly SM insertions. • Weekly Reports • Monthly Reports • Total Conversions 2) Digital & Social Media Content Creation responsibilities • Work closely with Lead – Digital Marketing for Digital Content Calendar planning and add the requirements received cross-functionally into the content plan. • Work closely with Brand Head/ Assistant- Brand Manager for layout approvals and creating various digital assets. • Develop and execute digital cross-platform content that supports the business objectives and aligns with brand values. • Copy writing & ideation for eDMs, captions, AD creatives, Social Media posts, blogs, mailers and website. • Work on all existing content on Website/PDFs and recommend further improvement. • Reviewing the existing route of creatives and stay up-to-date for suggesting on trending new Digital & Social Media Content for enhancing the marketing communication initiatives. • Work closely with cross-functional teams and agency for implementation and understanding the requirement. • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Lead – Digital Marketing. 3) Digital & Social Media Advertising (Copy and Creative) responsibilities. • Ensure that the marketing campaign requirements from copy writing and lay outing perspective are regularly explained and the briefs are shared to the agency (copy writer and creator). • Act as a SPOC in handling all creative aspects/development of digital assets and repository management. • Align the output to brand guidelines and share internally for approvals • Create regular reports and share with Lead – Digital Marketing for closure of the weekly assignments. Monthly KPI for Social Media Insertion to be met. 4) Search Engine Optimization Work closely with the agency for implementing SEO. • SEO Keyword Research • Improve Search Engine Rankings • Meta Data Optimization • Work on Google Search console and Google Analytics • Overall Search result improvement • Increase in traffic on website 5) Google My Business /JustDial– Address Correction Responsibilities. • Ensure the Google My Business Address correction project is as per the requirement and is on track. • Work closely with the vendor and coordinate for closure of the project. • Daily updates during project time. • Take the handover effectively and maintain GMB on regular basis. • Google My Business Audit. • Any request related to address correction on anydigital site to be handled on priority or the analysis to be shared. • Work Closely with Just Dial team and Audit the current listing. • Extract reports and highlight the progress to Lead- Digital marketing on weekly basis.Take on additional responsibility as and when suggested. • As per the project timelines and Monthly changes. 6) Website Development, CMS maintenance and Mobile Application Promotions • Website Audit: Regularly review and ensure all the links/pages are working/Loading. • Adhere to website release mechanism and report if any discrepancies noticed in the system. • Upload of new content as per the requirement. • Create new pages/link building/upload banners/PDFs etc. as per the requirement. • Suggest new changes and UI improvement ideas. • Release promotional layouts on Mobile application and maintain the content of the application. • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Lead – Digital Marketing in terms of any new application. • Improve metadata tags of the website for SEO and internal search enhancement • Monthly Audit Report for Website. • Number of insertions on Monthly Basis • Total optimization tasks undertaken on Website for overall usability & UI improvement. • New Application support • Improving Internal Search Enhancement. 7) Digital & Social Media Analytics & Digital Media Intelligence Social Media: • Track KPIs to measure performance of various traffic generating channels including organic, Direct, Affiliate, Referral, Social and Paid etc. • Weekly competition tracking and insights. • Monthly reports and performance tracker. • Tracking customer behavior with the brand Digital: • Web Analytics tracking & reporting. Actively use Google Analytics, Google Trends Think with Google, Google Ads. • Media intelligence platform report maintenance • Research - New technologies in digital & Social media • Reports • Performance Growth • Competition reports. 8) Digital Marketing & Social Community management & Lead Management Responsibilities • Support in eMail Marketing activation • Create HTML emailers in-house for promotions. • Support in Affiliate marketing activities. • Social Media Community management – Track and report fake pages across channels and ensure removal of these pages. – Maintain excel sheet report for maintenance work and record. • Ensure adherence to Social Media Guidelines internally and externally. Reporting and record maintenance. • Coordinate with Blue Dart Customer service team to guide social media customer interactions. • Action and highlight the mails internally to various regions. • Track closure and maintain record of all the requests. • Coordinate with Social Media – Customer Service team for overall closure. • Weekly & Monthly Tracker Reports • Activities undertaken 9) Designing , Lay -outing and Video creation Responsibilities • Create impressive PPTs & PDFs • Create In-house layouts using AI/Illustrator, Corel Draw etc. • Create Short Video’s/GIF’s and other formats adaptable cross-platform for Internal and External amplifications. • Maintain Digital Repository for all the assets created for the brand. People -Management • To be able to work seamlessly with in the team and cross functionally. • Interact and coordination with Agency and vendors on daily basis. • Informal influence to enable improvement and change within the organization Your Superpowers • Degree in Digital Marketing/Mass Communication or Marketing (or related discipline) • Presentation layout skills • Proven Digital Analytical, systematic and logical skills. • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Advance Excel & Website UI - HTML & CSS Knowledge • Designing and Layout Skills. • Creative Editing Software skills - Adobe Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop • Creative Copy Writing Skills • Knowledge on Google Analytics and Google Tools
