Job Title: Senior .NET Developer (4–8 Years Experience) Location: Delhi Job Type: Work from office Experience Level: 4 to 8 Years Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in building robust, scalable web applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, React, MS SQL Server, and expertise in RESTful API design and development. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to take ownership of technical design, mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Shape Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable and maintainable web applications using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC. Design, develop, and integrate complex RESTful APIs and microservices. Collaborate with UI/UX and front-end teams to develop responsive interfaces using React.js. Optimize and manage complex queries, stored procedures, and data models in MS SQL Server. Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and coding standards. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Participate in system architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability. Work in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps. Shape Technical Skills Required: 4–8 years of professional experience in software development using: C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript MS SQL Server (Strong T-SQL, query optimization, indexing) RESTful API development and integration Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Deep understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and software architecture. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills. Familiarity with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and TDD is a plus. Shape Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus. Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments is desirable. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, etc. Understanding of security best practices in web application development.
