Requirements

Degree in IT or comparable education.
8-15 years of experience in Network/OT operations.
Technical certification equivalent to CCNP or above.
Experience with Cisco Prime, FMC, Palo Alto.
Knowledge of Linux, Windows, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Configure, troubleshoot, and implement network devices and services.
Perform maintenance and system upgrades including security patches.
Monitor customer OT on-prem and cloud devices ensuring data reliability.
Build and maintain a central asset management database.
Support technical creation and organizational implementation of operational concepts.
