6 years of proven experience working as a scrum master Experience with Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies Proficient experience using Jira Adept at story refinement, story splitting, story pointing and estimating, fostering velocity, actionable retrospection and PI planning experience Facilitate scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review and Demo, and Sprint Retrospective. Support Pl Planning and Scrum of Scrums. Work with the scrum team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, remove blockers and impediments by coordinating with other Scrum Masters and teams, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams. Guide and coach the scrum team on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver quality products and business value. Foster collaboration and psychologically safe environment between team members.
