Requirements

  • Tier-1 MBA with an engineering or technical background.
  • 2–5 years of B2B technology/engineering sales experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve revenue targets across assigned segments.
  • Develop tailored proposals, pricing models, and business cases.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline using CRM for accurate forecasts.
