
Responsibilities: Drive Sales in the SEA Market: • Spearhead and support ongoing discussions with prospective clients by managing follow-ups, communication, and negotiations. • Engage with current prospects, maintaining regularinteractions to move opportunities forward. Accounts Business Development: • Drive net new business development, proactively identifying and pursuing new leads. Collaborate with Leadership: • Work closely with the Head of Business Development and leadership teams to strategize and execute sales initiatives. • Be the central point of coordination for SEA sales from Noida HQ, ensuring all opportunities are followed through to closure. End-to-End Sales Management: • Own the sales cycle for designated clients, from initial outreach to closure, with minimal supervision. • Provide timely updates, reports, and forecasts on sales activities and progress. Key Requirements: Experience: • 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector. • A minimum of 2 years working with clients in the North America region is essential. • Basic understanding of the Data C AI space and how it applies to client needs (Not Mandatory) Skills s Attributes: • Proven ability to manage accounts and handle net new business development activities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – outspoken, articulate, and proactive. • Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple client relationships and tasks simultaneously.
