Job Description: Smart Udyog is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive/Associate to join our growing team in Rohtak. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company specializing in innovative computer vision technology solutions for the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and supporting the business’s expansion in the region. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new sales leads within the manufacturing sector in Rohtak. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Client Engagement: Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential customers, clearly explaining the value proposition of our computer vision solutions. Consultative Sales: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs using our technology offerings. Negotiation & Closing: Handle contract negotiations, address objections, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Ensure smooth sales cycle closure from initial contact to final deal. Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in the manufacturing industry, competitor offerings, and potential market opportunities to position our solutions effectively. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and generate referrals. Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in technology solutions (Software, AI, or Machine Vision). Basic understanding of computer vision or related manufacturing technologies is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and contribute to a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong problem-solving ability and the capability to tailor solutions to customer needs.
