Risk and Controls Testing

We are seeking experienced professionals with strong expertise in Risk and Controls, specifically in testing of Manual Business Controls within the Financial Services GCC (Global Capability Center) space. The role involves working closely with global stakeholders, ensuring robust control testing and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities: Perform testing of manual business controls across various processes in the FS domain. Assess and validate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend remediation actions. Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with enterprise risk frameworks. Prepare detailed documentation and reports on control testing outcomes. Support audits and compliance reviews as required. Maintain strong governance and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience: 6–10 years of experience in Risk & Controls, with a focus on manual control testing. Prior experience in Financial Services GCC environment preferred. Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for daily interaction with global teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
