Perl Developer

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance Perl-based applications and scripts. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Perl code following best practices. Design, implement, and optimize backend logic and database interactions. Work with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services. Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing Perl applications. Work with Linux/Unix environments, including scripting and automation. Stay updated with the latest Perl frameworks, tools, and best practices. Shape Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Perl development. Perl Frameworks & Tools: E Database Management: Strong knowledge of MySQL Web Development: Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Shell scripting. Version Control: Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab. Linux/Unix Administration: Familiarity with Linux-based development and automation. Performance Optimization: Experience in query optimization, caching, and indexing.
