We are currently looking for a Lead ServiceNow Architect, who will collaborate with Krones AG Group entities and partner stakeholders on ServiceNow topics within the Krones Digital Strategic project initiatives. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements and designing scalable, efficient solutions—including workflows, integrations, and customizations—across ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
