• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+ • Excellent Core Java knowledge (Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections, Callable/Runnable, Immutability) • Experience with Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, JUnit • Ability to own requirements and deliver independently (no handholding) • Experience with RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases (Cassandra preferred) • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Nice to Have: • Kafka or similar messaging systems • Microservices & REST APIs
