Requirements

• 1) Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, ITGC, ITACs, and BPM frameworks (e.g., TOE). 2) Understanding of IT Risk & Regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, SSAE, ISAE, PCI, and ISO 27001. 3) Working knowledge of COSO or COBIT for IT risk and control governance. 4) Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. 5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• 1) Perform SOX controls testing and support IT audits for key systems and processes. 2) Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of ITGC and ITAC controls. 3) Participate in third-party assessments (TPA) and risk reviews. 4) Assess and document control gaps, remediation actions, and risk mitigation strategies. 5) Support implementation and compliance with IT risk and regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, SSAE, ISAE, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001. 6) Apply best practices from COSO or COBIT frameworks in risk management and control evaluation. 7) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and compliance, to ensure ongoing control effectiveness.
