
Hands‑on upgrade experience for the indicated products in on‑prem environments (assessment → planning → execution → cutover → post‑go‑live support) Practical experience with PIM, IDQ and ActiveVOS (one resource should have primary PIM expertise, the other primary IDQ expertise, but both must have demonstrable exposure to all three) Strong troubleshooting and rollback planning experience during upgrades Experience with environment provisioning, configuration, compatibility/hardening checks, and integration testing Strong SQL skills and familiarity with target databases SQL Server as applicable) Experience documenting upgrade approach, runbooks, test plans and providing KT to client teams Availability to start from project kick‑off and to commit for the ~20‑week engagement Excellent communication skills and client‑facing experience Deliverables expected from each resource Upgrade assessment and impact analysis Detailed upgrade plan and rollback strategy Execution of upgrade in dev / test / pre‑prod and production environments Test cases and coordination of functional/regression/performance testing Production cutover and immediate post‑go‑live stabilization support
