Key Responsibilities - Executive Support & Partnership • Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and travel schedule efficiently. • Accompany the Founder to client meetings, conferences, and events, including social/business dinners and client drinks. • Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and ensure timely follow-ups. • Act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, prioritizing tasks, and supporting decision-making. • Build and maintain a strong professional rapport, representing the Founder confidently in all interactions. Sales & Business Development • Follow up with clients, prospects, and partners to ensure business continuity. • Assist in generating revenue through client communication, lead nurturing, and follow-ups. • Support in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. • Maintain CRM/lead trackers and report progress on sales pipelines. Communication & Coordination • Draft and manage professional communication on behalf of the Founder. • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs and Ultra-HNIs, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times. • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Who You Are - • A young, ambitious, and dynamic female professional with a strong personality. • Able to build a trusted relationship and personal rapport with the Founder while maintaining professionalism. • Experienced in handling high-profile clients with tact, discretion, and impeccable professionalism. • Comfortable with regular travel and flexible hours, including client lunches, dinners, and drinks. • 2–5 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Client Servicing, or Business Development. • Excellent communication skills – confident in English (verbal & written). • Well-groomed, polished, and comfortable in professional environments. • Highly organized with strong follow-up and multitasking abilities. • A natural go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys challenges.
