Requirements

• 14+ years experience in consulting or relevant industry roles.
• Deep expertise in energy sub-sectors like O&G, Chemicals, or Power & Utilities.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; skills in Alteryx, Power BI, and Python preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and account management across Energy sub-sectors.
• Design and execute large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and lead engagement teams across multiple projects.
• Contribute to the growth of the firm’s energy practice.
• Develop and manage proposals, RFP responses, and client pitches.
