Key Responsibilities:  Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor the development team, providing technical assistance and direction.  Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using technologies like C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.  Code Quality: Ensure high-quality, maintainable code by conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards.  Project Management: Manage project tasks, prioritize work, ensure timely delivery, and meet project milestones.  Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.  Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during development.  Architecture: Contribute to the architecture of scalable and maintainable software solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills:  Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework.  Experience with ASP.NET, .Net Core, React, MVC, and web services (e.g., REST APIs).  Database experience, particularly with MS SQL Server and Entity Framework.  Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.  Experience with cloud platforms like Azure.  Expertise in SDLC Management, Requirement Analysis & Architecture platforms Soft Skills:  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.  Effective problem-solving and conceptual skills.  Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is often required. Experience: Significant experience in software development and proven team leading / management experience are crucial.
