Director Product Implementation

Key Responsibilities ● Direct Technical Implementation: Personally lead and execute complex REL-ID server implementations for enterprise clients, providing hands-on technical expertise throughout the deployment lifecycle across both cloud and hybrid customer environments. ● Customer Support: Directly support customers in India and Europe regions, including on-site visits, remote troubleshooting, and technical consultations ● Technical Configuration: Configure authentication services including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and multi-factor authentication components. Knowledge of Ping, Okta and/or ForgeRock a plus. ● Solution Architecture: Design and document technical deployment architectures tailored to each client's unique requirements ● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong technical relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary technical point of contact ● Team Leadership: Manage and mentor implementation teams, including internal resources and client technical staff ● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work directly with product development teams to address client-specific requirements and drive product enhancements ● Technical Troubleshooting: Personally diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues during implementation and post-deployment phases ● Best Practices Development: Create implementation best practices, documentation, and reusable assets based on hands-on experience ● Technical Reporting: Provide detailed technical updates and executive-level reporting to customers and internal leadership ● Implementation Security: Personally oversee security testing of implementations and remediate identified vulnerabilities ● System Hardening: Implement and verify security hardening measures to protect REL-ID deployments in customer environments. Knowledge of CSPMs such as WIZ a bonus.
