Requirements

5–6 years of experience in channel sales or B2B sales.
Strong experience in onboarding and revenue generation roles.
Currently managing a team of at least 4–5 members.
Deep understanding of the local market in Pune/Mumbai.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver monthly sales targets by disposing inventory within defined TAT.
Onboard and expand the network of new channel partners.
Drive activation and repeat transactions from channel partners.
Increase active and transacting channel partner base.
Lead a team of 7–8 executives across assigned zones.
