With strong design and engineering teams in place, we are looking for an experienced and future-ready Business Head who has the tenacity, judgment, and foresight to help build the organization further. This role sits at the intersection of financial ownership, delivery excellence, and sustainable growth, and requires comfort operating in a dynamic, creative, and technology-driven services environment. 1. Financial Governance, Risk & Profitability Management Monitor (Self-owned): • Own project-level profitability; identify margin leakages and implement corrective actions proactively. • Drive accountability across teams by linking performance outcomes to financial results. Oversee (Manager-owned, with Sr. Finance Manager): • Ensure disciplined budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control practices for long-term financial sustainability. • Review and validate proposals, estimates, and commercial agreements to ensure sound financial logic and margin protection. • Improve cash-flow predictability through better invoicing cycles, client communication, and internal coordination. Track (Self-owned): • Build early-warning systems for financial and operational risks; escalate and address issues before they impact business health. • Own portfolio-level profitability through accurate estimation, budgeting, margin mapping, forecasting, and disciplined financial controls. • Work closely with finance to ensure billing accuracy, healthy cash flows, and timely collections. 2. Revenue Growth & Client Expansion (Sales & Outreach – Can be Co-owned) Plan: • Consolidate Spinach’s portfolio offerings and map them to relevant market and vertical opportunities. • Leverage Spinach’s experience across 5+ large-scale sectors and 20+ industries to package differentiated market propositions. Build: • Use lean AI tools and structured outreach to build and manage a sales pipeline aligned with Spinach’s service strengths. • Systematically nurture and mature leads through regular, targeted engagement. Upsell: • Understand client business needs deeply and identify in-sales and account expansion opportunities with existing clients. Growth Insights: • Based on market feedback and outreach response, inform leadership on emerging opportunities and required changes across talent, sales, and marketing. Oversee (Marketing-owned): • Provide informed guidance to marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence and support growth objectives. 3. Delivery Oversight & Stakeholder Management (Co-owned) • Independently manage select client accounts with disciplined communication and proactive coordination across internal teams. • Ensure delivery alignment throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining client trust and clarity. • Demonstrate sound judgment in handling sensitive stakeholders and complex delivery situations. 4. Team Enablement & Performance Culture • Set internal KPIs aligned to client and business outcomes. • Monitor performance across teams and promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and accountability.
