
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to Managing Directors and senior leadership on the integration and optimization of ERP systems, client data management, and overall business operations. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between business goals and ERP system capabilities. Anticipate market trends and provide actionable insights for future ERP strategy and client account management. People Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire teams in the successful execution of client account management initiatives and ERP system improvements. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across all teams involved in managing client accounts and ERP processes. Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members, helping them grow both professionally and personally. Build high-performing teams by recruiting top talent and maintaining a positive work environment that promotes innovation and excellence. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding client account management strategies and ERP system utilization. Collaborate with key business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions within the ERP system. Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization to promote transparency, understanding, and alignment on key initiatives. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for ERP system usage, client account management, and team performance. Regularly report on the status of client account management initiatives and the impact of ERP system changes on business operations. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous process improvements. Qualifications/ Ideal Experience Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of analytical experience in Data and Analytics, with expertise in building reporting dashboards and the ability to learn new tools. Strong understanding of data quality principles and KPIs, along with big data management, and data simplification Prior experience in areas of CRM, ERP, SQL data extraction/ETL, Master Data Management and Account management systems Proficiency in a range of tools and technologies including Advanced Excel, R, Tableau, Alteryx. Exposure to global Market Intelligence databases like Dun and Bradstreet, CapIQ, LexisNexis, Orbis, Pitchbook, Crunchbase, etc. High proficiency in manipulating and validating data with strong attention to detail and possess strong ownership towards quality.
