Track and solve customer complaints via structured short-term and long-term problem-solving
Drive SOP adherence, batch-to-batch quality, and product repeatability. You’re not afraid of Excel sheets, emails, whatsapp group, angry customers, leaking pouches, or untrained vendors
New Product Commercialization: Support lab to scale transition for new SKUs

Requirements

Food tech graduate with 1.5–3 years experience.
Proficient in Excel, QC protocols, and product testing.
Experience in food lab, co-packer, or F&B manufacturing.
Proactive mindset and ready for plant visits.
Obsessed with consumer delight and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Track and resolve customer complaints.
Ensure SOP adherence and product consistency.
Support lab to scale transition for new products.
Evaluate and recommend cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
