As an Application Developer, you will hear real-world problems from partners with skin in the game, propose solutions and then implement them through database and application design, workflow, testing, deploying to production environments and supporting our partners At Indihood, we aim to build a hyperlocal, crowdsourced platform that empowers communities to leverage technology meaningfully in solving socio-economic challenges. Our platform does this by gathering actionable data, creating unique workflows and building customisable mobile and web applications, all while requiring no engineering or coding experience. We are looking for exceptional Engineering (spanning systems, UI, Android, iOS) and Operations folks, from all walks. Seniority does not matter - ability to jump in, think out of the box, and get hands-on, does. What You will do Every day? Implement end to end applications to unlock opportunities for people Societal scale solution building, which involves the following Business Analysis Understanding pain points and requirements Come up with ideas Design the following Clean, modular workflows. Databases end to end eng applications. Application Development Conduct functional testing (both manual and automated testing) End to end Application Development Application Development Deployment of the application Post-production support Stakeholder management Track/Measure milestones Your Superpowers: Experience in building applications preferred (even if it was for passion) Write, execute, maintain manual and automated tests Graduate with B.Tech, BE, MCA Familiarity with databases, table design, schemas Good communication skills Good to have: Experience in building applications preferred.
